Naming things is hard. I applaud those who named this project, a clone of the vintage WordStar word processor. They named their WordStar clone WordTsar. Well played.

WordStar was my first PC word processor. I both loved and hated it. Imagine my surprise, years after the rest of the world moved on to WordPerfect and Word, to find the Legislative Counsel’s office inextricably wedded to WordStar 2000 because no other program could properly handle the side notes that are an important part of legislation.
It took me a while to come up with that name, and I still have thoughts of replacing it… though it’s probably too late now.
