So, what do you think of Stata? Most people here at MIT think it’s a rather scary building (tho not as ugly as Simmons, which is the big silvery building west a bit on Vassar, which is also where Stata is). The complete lack of any regularity is what does it for most people (although the over-budget price tag also didn’t help).
I also see from the linked pictures above you guys were in room 32-123 (which from what I hear is traditionally the room for 6.001, the “legendary” introductory programming course in MIT Scheme). Is it really as comfy a room as it looks? I’ll probably be taking 6.001 next semester, so I’ll be spending some quality time in there in a few months.
