Yes, it is possible when the two people being compared actually look alike. Mr. Williams - yes, he is a man with a proper name that you should use - and Secretary Rice look nothing alike. Mr. Williams has a prominent chin, defined brow, and high cheek bones. Sec. Rice has a weak chin, and she has more fleshy cheeks and a narrower nose than Mr. Williams. Sec. Rice has a thin upper lip and her bottom lip is almost pouty. Mr. Williams has very balanced lips. Sec. Rice’s skin is lighter than Mr. Williams. These are obvious differences. The two could only look alike if your analysis stops at "black person."

Wow. I think the similarity is referencing the expression, which I think it fairly identical. Throwing out an accusation of racial ignorance seems like a much worse offense.

This Jonathan dude needs to lighten up. To put it in a way he can understand, his mood should be more like Condoleezza's skin and less like BDW's.

I seem to notice this stuff all the time, too... but hadn't made this connection yet. I think she also may look like Quark, that Ferengi guy from Deep Space Nine. She's always looked scary.

I just want to put it out there that this Jonathan dude's post does not represent my feelings, or those of my family and friends, even my WHITE friends. I can't speak for the general public, however, in my experience, I don't believe that many would be so defensive, making 'shoot-from-the hip' remarks based on what? It is so glaringly obvious that the comparison made was regarding the expressions on the two faces, not about their skin tone and other facial features. Someone needs to tone it down a notch, take a breath, and think "racianally" for a minute. Think before YOU publish.
