I’m running IE6. I have a great little links bar on top with all my bookmarks. I enjoy this. However, IE6 has no idea what it’s doing. When I click on a favourite I have no clue where my link will appear.
Sometimes it’ll pop up a new window, sometimes it will take over some random window (like my Webmail…) and I can’t seem to find out where to fix it. Anybody else have this problem?
I also experienced dificulty with IE6. Firstly, the Links bar wouldn’t remember the order in which I put my links in, so they’d become re-ordered every time I opened it.
Secondly (and more annoying), I couldn’t view the source of sites (crucial when designing them). I finally found a source online that advided me to clear my cache, even though I had 20GB of free storage space, and that fixed it.
Still the best browser around.
You want to see the source of site so you can steal their design!!! Theaf !!!!
ahahah
Hey Robert, Will installed IE6 (I was reluctant), and after a while, when he opened it, it would go to his homepage. But if he did anything else, clicked on a link, typed in a web address and hit enter, it didn’t matter what, the program would close. You could use a windows explorer window as a working webbrowser, however.
